It's so cold outside, -30 without the windshield. Best to stay warm!! A good book, cup of hot tea and a cozy blanket lol

My super quick, easy lunch!

Baby collard greens scrambled eggs
Filling, energizing and so yummy :-)

Ingredients
Olive oil
A cup of mixed baby collard greens
2 eggs
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Recipe 
1. In a skillet heat a spoon of olive oil 
2. Add a pint of powder garlic
3. Add baby collard greens and fry at low heat for 2 minutes
3. Break eggs into skillet, season with salt and pepper, stir, cook for another 3 minutes and voilĂ .
